A priority to fruity
In his Panjas cellars, Armagnac Clés des Ducs mainly from the white UGNI grape. The choice of the house is made on very slightly wooded brandy. As soon as distillation is distilled, low -to -low barrels are privileged. New wooden farming lasts only three to four months to limit wooden intake. The Terroir de keys des Dukes runs in the municipalities of Panjas, Maupas and Estang in the tradition of the house. The brand Clés des Ducs favors the fruity of lifewater to aromas that can arise from aging.
