Nose: the nose is complex. Many aromas of sweet spices emerge from the glass intertwined with vanilla and cocoa notes.
Mouth: The attack on the palate is flexible with a beautiful aromatic palette. The tannins are round revealing a beautiful finish.
Finish: the end of mouth of this Armagnac Sempé 1972 is intense and long. Delicious grilled wood notes persist in the mouth.

The Bas-Armagnac, whose capital is Eauze, is west of the appellation. It runs on the Landes and the western part of the Gers. It represents 67% of the areas identified in Armagnac. In this part of the terroir, the floors are sablo simedy, called "sandblasters". Bas-Armagnac brandies are delicate and very fruity.
