Patrick de Montal is convinced of one thing: to pay tribute to the Armagnac, this "wonderful", "you have to accompany all the stages of its development, from the grapes to the bottling, and thus guarantee those who taste it its reliability ”. The owner of Château Arton Then launched into a work of "transparency" and soon "traceability", a word that was not yet fashionable at the time.
