Nose: the nose is very fresh and delicate. There are beautiful notes of ripe fruit, honey and vanilla.
Mouth: on the palate, the attack is rich and tannic counterbalanced by very delicate fine spices.
Finish: we find at the end of the mouth of this Armagnac Sempé 15 years of age all these spicy flavors that contribute to its beautiful aromatic persistence.

The Bas-Armagnac, whose capital is Eauze, is west of the appellation. It runs on the Landes and the western part of the Gers. It represents 67% of the areas identified in Armagnac. In this part of the terroir, the floors are sablo simedy, called "sandblasters". Bas-Armagnac brandies are delicate and very fruity.
