Maison Jean Cavé has one of the most beautiful collections of vintages dating from 1888 to the present day. Distilled in Lannepax in the Gers, this 1951 vintage armagnac has aged in oak barrels, carefully selected by the cellar master. Whatever the typicity and the character of the year of distillation, it is working to restore suave waters, complex with various aromas. This allows this 1951 vintage to deliver all its aromatic power to us.
